User Agreement

This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and SHDJXG ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Service accessible at shdjxg.com. It supplements, and is to be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By accessing, browsing, registering an account (where available), or otherwise using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not access or use the Service. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to this Agreement on your behalf. Users in jurisdictions where the age of digital consent is higher (for example, 16 in certain EU member states) must meet that higher threshold.

3. Licence to Use the Service

Subject to your continued compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial, editorial reference purposes. The Service is provided free of charge. We do not sell fragrances, samples, or any physical or digital product through the Service.

4. Account Responsibilities

Where the Service permits account creation, you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information when registering; (b) keep your credentials confidential and secure; (c) accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account; and (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use. You may not transfer your account to another party without our written consent.

5. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to:

• comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations;
• respect the intellectual property and editorial integrity of SHDJXG and third parties;
• interact with the Service's tools at a reasonable rate and not exceed typical personal use;
• provide truthful information when submitting any content or request.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose;
• scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means (including bots, spiders, or scripts) beyond reasonable personal use, without our prior written consent;

• rebrand, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our editorial content or tool outputs without attribution or permission;
• use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any other person or brand;
• remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Service.

7. User Content

Where the Service now or in the future permits you to post, link, submit, or otherwise make available content ("User Content"), you retain ownership of your User Content but grant SHDJXG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to use, modify, display, reproduce, and distribute it on and through the Service. You represent and warrant that your User Content: (a) does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (b) is lawful, accurate, and not defamatory; and (c) complies with this Agreement. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any User Content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original editorial content, methodology, tool logic, design, layout, and source code, is the exclusive property of SHDJXG and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Fragrance names, house names, and brand identifiers referenced in editorial content belong to their respective owners and are referenced for editorial identification only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent, except for brief quotation with attribution permitted under fair use or fair dealing.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or reference third-party websites, retailers, brands, and publications. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service. Your interaction with any third-party service is solely between you and that third party, and any terms or privacy policies that apply are theirs, not ours.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may request its deactivation or deletion by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach this Agreement, misuse the Service, or expose us or third parties to legal or reputational risk. Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any tool output will be accurate or applicable to your individual circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SHDJXG, its directors, employees, partners, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service or any reliance on its content. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 1.00.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SHDJXG harmless from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your breach of this Agreement.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service, the courts of the People's Republic of China shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, which shall be brought before the People's Court of competent jurisdiction at SHDJXG's principal place of business.

15. Changes to This Agreement

We may update or modify this Agreement at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the most recent revision by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

16. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between SHDJXG and you regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
